Rafael & Alejandra Diaz

Husband and wife duo - Rafael started at Kalimera Foods in 1994 as a delivery driver and rose through the ranks. In 2006, he acquired the company with his wife, Alejandra, and transformed Kalimera Foods from just a Greek diner supplier to a one-stop-shop for small to medium size restaurant businesses.

Eric Diaz

Eric Diaz is Rafael’s son. He grew up acquainted with the food service industry. After over a decade in the accounting field, he returned to Kalimera Foods in 2020 to help during the pandemic and used his expertise to make smarter purchasing decisions which led to increased savings and profit margins for Kalimera customers.
